2. Egg Drop
 Goal: land an egg safely to the ground
 Duration: 1-2 hours
 Several tools can be provided and the teams should work together. Each
team should drop their egg from a certain point (maybe the balcony on
the second floor of your company building) without the egg breaking. It’s a
messy game, so beware

3. Helium Stick
 Goal: bring a stick to the ground
 Duration: 15 minutes
 Find a thick stick and line up two groups people in two opposite lines. Each
person should hold their right-hand index finger about chest-high. Place
the stick on top of everyone’s index finger. They should bring the stick to
the ground while their fingers are touching the stick. If a finger loses
contact they should start over.

4. Talking in Circles
 Goal: form shapes with a string without looking
 Time: ~1 hour
 Tie a string together, making a circle. Have each time hold the string with
both their hands about waist-high. Give them instructions to form a certain
shape (ex: circle) without looking. They will have to talk to each-other and
communicate to form the shape. You can allow them to quickly sneak a
peek in a while to see the progress.

5. Paintball
 Goal: shoot the boss!
 Time: 2-3 hours
 Everyone knows and loves paintball. It’s a very team-oriented game and
it’s extremely fun. Plus, you can shoot the boss with a gun (paintball gun,
that is) without getting in trouble and call it team building

6. Minefield
 Goal: pass the minefield blindfolded
 Time: 15-30 minutes
 Split groups in two team members. One team member should be
blindfolded and placed in an area with “minefields” (can be whatever
objects you have laying around). The other team member should instruct
his partner on where to go without stepping on a minefield only by
speaking. You can have more teams together to make the team building
exercise more difficult
