management and desktop solution from Computer Associates i.e. Unicenter 3.0 as the
base product and AMO, SDO, RCO are the different modules used for the desktop
management. Spectramind is the upcoming call centre with more then 1000 seats in Delhi
and in Mumbai having the redundant links of 2mbps each from primus and spectranet.
Unicenter enterprise console with RMON for traffic analysis is deployed in Delhi for the
management of internal LAN and Wan devices. Event management is configured to closely
monitor the threshold breaches of wan devices like Cisco router and layer 3 switches.
Performance management is configured to monitor the health of the critical servers like
