At InkCycle, we believe that Quality
must be 1) Designed into the
Products and Processes and, 2)
Tested throughout the
remanufacturing process to ensure
that the performance of each
cartridge is at a level that will drive
long-term repeat reorders for our
valued customers.
All products remanufactured by
InkCycle are developed in
accordance with the ISO and/or
ASTM testing methodologies and are
tested to ensure specification
compliance prior to product release.

Every critical component,
from empty cartridges to
fully packaged products to
distribution documents are
all subject to internal
verification and inspection.
While many companies
believe that Quality
Assurance is a simple set of
measurements consisting of
inspection of components,
process audits and final print
performance, we set new
industry standards.
Our view of “Quality” is that
the Quality Rating we
receive from customers
encompasses every aspect
of the business relationship,
not simply whether the
cartridge is defect free.
Cartridges are inspected to
meet both color matching
and monochrome
specifications.
