I continue to be responsible for over 7,000 voice and fax lines of service within the
CHNT environment. I played a part in the removal of the individual phone lines from
Century Link at CSM CSJ bringing in Cox service as in turn this was a cost effective
measure. I spent hours with vendors so they were more efficient. Telecom set the bar for
the new Data Center for the labeling of the analog lines that feed the DC servers
I have been part of AHIS History in making for the deployment of the new Avaya POE
switches and the VoIP units in 2012. I have been involved in the integration of the Avaya
phone system as well as other projects.

I spent many hours on this project ensuring end users ability to use the new devices and
applications. I gave up evening mornings and weekends to accommodate the necessary
need for hands on training to off hour staff as well as the other shifts. I deployed more
than 250 VoIP sets and training that was needed to use them.
I took part in the construction for the PBX Operators consolidation project assuring
phones and faxes were kept working without disruption.
During the CHVI relocation I spent additional time to ensure that when CHVI arrived
they would have voice communication readily available to use.
I have been part of helping the Network/Analyst in trouble shooting their systems in
making them compatible with the new system. My role was mainly to provide addition
lines of service for testing.
I continue to trouble shoot and support the EU’s on Avaya PBX, Call Pilot voicemail and
Call Pilot Contact Center ACD environment systems.

have been involved in numerous projects from the setup of CSM 3South rehab, CSJ

luggage scanners for NWAirlines. project was Aeropostal – Vision POS De-installation
and Install new POS equipment Wire management was required Drilling and light
cabinetry work was required. project was the Home Depot Project I worked with store
associates in locating and moving new and old equipment to and from the training room
and completed the asset management forms for new equipment. De-installed the
Ramline laptop installed the Intermec laptop, serial printer cable and installed voltage
regulators. I deleted Ramline MAC addresses and added Intermec MAC addresses.
