CPO BDM Job Desc

  • 3. Manage a robust sales funnel and move opportunities through the sales milestones
  • 4. Close opportunities and execute sales contracts with prospects
  • 5. Manage expectations and timelines during the implementation phase, both internally and with the client.
  • 6. Keep clients using, growing and happy with the tool and sell ad-on HR services as appropriate
  • 7. Renew client contracts at end of term to keep your book of business growing
  • 8. Seek referrals and supporting relationships with client base
  • 9. Attend company meetings, trade shows and training events as needed
  • 10. Represent CPO in the community with appropriate business functions, events and associations
  • 11. Be the liaison and ‘voice of the customer’ to the product development team
  • 12. Conduct yourself as a business owner and professional in the communityWhat the successful candidate must bring to the company: Ambitious and self-motivated attitude A success-driven, self-starter approach An articulate and professional presence of success. Consultative sales approach The ability to communicate well with others and enjoy working with people. Courage to work from home with little daily supervision Ability to cultivate and get to know clients, their business growth goals and deliver the appropriate set of solutions Comfortable in your own success with an open-ended commission potential The professional network and creative networking ability to grow the business Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years sales experience Entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen “Nice to have” from the successful candidate: IT or SaaS product experience Knowledge or experience in HR Executive relationships throughout the business community What the company will bring to the successful candidate: Product training and marketing support ‘Starter’ salary for up to first year Implementation and technical support for client installs Career development potential as CPO grows Competitive commission plan and residual income First year income should average over $40K at plan Second year income should be significantly more Following years should enjoy rapid residual growth Complete Management support to ensure your success
