Communication Goal
Herbalife partnered with International SOS to provide Herbalife
employees with international travel security benefits and assistance.
Goal: Create more awareness to Herbalife employees of the services
provided to them by International SOS
Message: Access and utilize International SOS throughout the duration
of your international business travels with Herbalife

To implement the overarching message, the following
tactics will be employed:

intranet banners and
International SOS website
by inserting a blurb about
International SOS in
Herbalife News
Create Intranet Marquee or Banner
Place a banner or marquee
on the Herbalife Intranet to
further promote
International SOS services.

Develop Internal Posters
Posters will be utilized as a
marketing tool to remind
employees daily of the benefits
of International SOS
Posters will be displayed in
common areas of each office
location (LA Live, HP1 and
Forest Lake)
Poster Key Messages:
• Lead employees to visit
International SOS website
• Use bullets to highlight main
benefits of International SOS
services

Table Top Cards
To drive the message further, 4X6 table top cards will be on
display in office lunch rooms, such as the Mark Hughes Café.
As employees prepare breakfast, eat lunch, or enjoy a
quick break, table top cards will remind them of the
services International SOS provides Herbalife employees
when they travel on behalf of the company.
A QR code will enhance the table top card by
providing employees with an interactive platform
through the use of their smartphones to learn
more about International SOS – directs them to
app or website.

PowerPoint Slides
PowerPoint slides displayed on public office monitors will rotate among
other news and announcements, and will describe International SOS
The monitor slides will serve as a constant visual inner-office component to
drive awareness of this service to employees who travel
Slides will be added to all monitors in each office location

• What International SOS is
• When to use it and why
• Promote International SOS Webinar
• Where to learn more information: www.internationalsos.com

Webinar With Int’l SOS Rep.
An International SOS Webinar will be moderated
by an International SOS Representative. This will
serve the purpose of providing more background
on the service and will provide employees the
opportunity to ask questions.
The webinar can be held anywhere (i.e.
conference room or employees’ desk)

disseminated via:
