Mission and Purpose “The Volunteer UCF Center is dedicated to promoting community service and education on various social issues to the University of Central Florida, through a variety of programs, committees, events, and ongoing projects. VUCF links interested students with community organizations that best fit their interests, talents, and majors. We work with over 200 community agencies that utilize UCF student volunteers. Through volunteerism students can gain valuable knowledge and experience, have a great time, and meet new friends, all while benefiting the community.”

5. Health Comfort Ill patients, prepare healthy meals for children, participate in events to increase awareness of health issues Domestic Violence Awareness Organize monthly events like open forums and mentoring events Arts and Recreation Participate in field-trip days for underprivileged kids and volunteer for art related events Get Carded Events Promote organ and tissue donation through information fairs and our annual get carded events

10. The staff attorneys interview each client individually to advise in the areas of law that concern the student.
11. Cases which are not covered by the program are referred to appropriate agencies or private attorneys through a lawyer referral service.
12. The operation of the program is subject at all times to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Supreme Court of Florida and the Board of Governors of the Florida Bar.
13. The program is approved by the Florida Bar and is staffed by licensed attorneys.
14. The purpose of this program is to encourage students to seek the advice of an attorney when they anticipate or encounter legal difficulties.
