Common User ID Mistakes:
• The user ID is case sensitive
•Please make sure that you are NOT including “.com” at the end of your User ID.

14. Delete iPay Account – LAST RESORT
If you no longer have access to the email address that you used to register for iPay,
please email payroll@hhs1.com to have the iPay account deleted. Once deleted
you can follow the instructions to register for iPay again.
This should be done only as a LAST RESORT.
