1. Mouse-over
2. Drill-down
3. ‘Keep Only’ and ‘Exclude’
4. ‘Export’
5. ‘Revert All’
6. Back button
4. MOUSE-OVER
• Use the mouse-over function to see the data
the visualization is illustrating
5. DRILL-DOWN (1)
• Drill down into the data by clicking on the part of the
visualization you want to explore in more detail
8. KEEP ONLY and EXCLUDE
• Right click mouse while hovering of data to ‘keep only’ or
‘exclude’
• ‘Keep only’ = focus exclusively on that portion of data
• ‘Exclude’ = exclude that portion of data
9. EXPORT
• Export data as an image, data, crosstab or pdf by selecting the
‘Export’ button at the bottom of the dashboard
11. REVERT ALL
• Revert to the original dashboard by selecting the ‘Revert All’
button at the bottom of the dashboard
12. BACK BUTTON
• Where a back button (a black arrow) is available in the
dashboard, make sure you use this, rather than the back
button in your web browser
