  1. Experienced Applicants

    In the US, SK is looking for high-potential people with Bachelor's or Master's degrees,

      SK utilizes a variety of selection tools to better understand the qualifications and competenci
      es of potential talent.
      At a basic level, every candidate submits an application, participates in simple written
      tests, and has a face-to-face interview. However, the specifics of each case will differ depe
      nding on the specific position being applied to.

 Test 1 (IQ)
 This test is divided into eight categories, which include language skills, mathematical skills, judgment,
 reasoning, creativity and analytical skills. It is designed to measure your rational thinking and
 problem-solving skills.

 Test 2 (EQ)
 This test is designed to measure your interpersonal and social skills.
