Public, apprentship and distance education are the basic means of realizing non-formal education.
Transition from VET to general high shool or from general high school to VET ıs possible at the end of grade 9. A VET student decides which sector he will choose also at the end of grade 9. At 10 th grade he specializes in the field of education . At the end og grade 10 he may choose to change the field of education in case he gets make-up training in which he is tarined on the neccessary modules for the recently chosen field
