Don Strickland is an extraordinary

Innovation: You are one of the few CEOs with
both large public company and small startup
company experience. How has your career
experience impacted your views on innovation?
I have a perspective on innovation that comes
from building organizations that depend on being faster to innovate than the
competition. It is not as easy as one might think. It requires creating a culture of
innovation, particularly at the middle management level, that is understood and
supported at the executive level. This is easier said than done! While it is a complex
