The US has many Spanish foods, and flan is
sort of like our cake.

Exports-chemicals, electronics, apparel, canned
tuna, and medical equipment

from Netherlands, Dominican Republic, and the
UK.

How it influences culture in the US-
People who visit Puerto Rico will probably want
to visit the US.

Cancer- 94.5 Deaths per 100,000
Diabetes- 55.1 Deaths per 100,000, 13% of people
there have it.
AIDS- More than 32,000 adults and 400 children
have it.
Unemployment-
Has gone up from 16.9% to 14.9% since March to
now.
How it Connects to the US-
The US also has a higher birth rate than death rate.
Puerto Rico has a improving economy, not like the US.
