Natural gas futures posted the biggest one-day drop
Silver futures for September delivery fell 0.6 percent
Gold futures fell as analysts brought forward estimates for the Federal Reserve to
raise U.S. interest rates, crimping demand for the metal as an inflation hedge.
Copper fell for the first time in five sessions in New York amid signs of increased
supply. Nickel slid for a second day before a presidential election in Indonesia, the
world’s largest producer.
