 I preparedpresentationsforthe Executive CommitteeregardingproposedDepartmentalchanges.
One of these changesresultedinasavingsof nearly$250,000.00 whenadjustmentsweremade to
the transportationschedules,etc.
 I completedemployee evaluations,andreviewedevaluationscompletedbyothersupervisors.I
developed,administeredandmonitoredemployee improvementplans.Recommendedawards.
 In charge of 100 police officersandguardsinSan Antonio,LaredoandHarlingen.Thisincluded
scheduling,disciplinaryactions,writingandrevisingjobdescriptions,monitoringrequiredtraining,
providingtraining.DevelopedandpresentednumerousPowerPointpresentationsfortraining
purposes.
 Wrote and submittedgrants
 Managed the ParkingOffice,whichincludedorderingof permits,installationof anew Parking
managementsystem, revenue enhancement,expensecontrol,writingcontracts,meetingwitha
varietyof Departmentsrequestingspecial parking,servingonthe ADA committee and meetingwith
faculty,staff andstudentsregardingparkingconcerns.
 I revisedthe ParkingandTrafficmanual forreview bythe Boardof Regents,andthe changeswere
approved.
 Editedall newsletterssentoutbythe Police Department.Assistedwithandeditedthe FBI
CampusSafetyandSecuritynotifications.
 Wrote and revisedinformationincludedinthe StudentHandbookwithregardtothe Police
