One of these changesresultedinasavingsof nearly$250,000.00 whenadjustmentsweremade to
the transportationschedules,etc.

developed,administeredandmonitoredemployee improvementplans.Recommendedawards.
In charge of 100 police officersandguardsinSan Antonio,LaredoandHarlingen.Thisincluded
scheduling,disciplinaryactions,writingandrevisingjobdescriptions,monitoringrequiredtraining,
providingtraining.DevelopedandpresentednumerousPowerPointpresentationsfortraining
purposes.

I revisedthe ParkingandTrafficmanual forreview bythe Boardof Regents,andthe changeswere
approved.
