Indigenous Professional Services provides high quality, value for money consulting services to
government and industry, assisting them to solve structural, performance, financial, workplace
safety and organisational issues. Established in 2015, IPS is a majority Indigenous owned
business which is registered with Supply Nation.

Founding Directors Katina Law and Damien Chalk are skilled professionals with 40 years
combined senior experience spanning multiple industries and the public sector. With
comprehensive resources and a wide network of skilled professionals, we cover all aspects of

budget, and backed by quality control systems that are unparalleled.

families, Katina Law is an executive with
over 25 years’ international experience in
financial and general management roles.
Katina is a Certified Practising Accountant
whose financial analysis skills are central to
her long-term commercial success.
Through utilising project management skills,
and applying continuous improvement
systems, she works to improve and fine-
tune business operations.
Katina has worked with the boards of both
large and small companies and has deep
knowledge and experience of corporate
governance. With a drive to use her
experience to benefit other Indigenous
people, Katina is using her skills to great
effect.
Damien Chalk
Damien is a business strategist, HR
expert and skilled executive of over 14
years, in multiple industries. With a
holistic knowledge of business
frameworks, functions and personnel,
Damien designs and facilitates
organisational change, creates systems
to aid productivity, guides senior
management to get the best from
personnel and coaches future leaders.
Also specialising in training, WHS, and
workplace legal and other obligations,
Damien’s Quality Assurance processes
are second to none. Damien is
experienced in Indigenous employment
strategies, and is passionate about
improving Indigenous economic
development through enterprise
