engaging that the client went on to using them as national brand ambassadors for their UK wide, 2012 & 2013
experiential and media & advertising campaign.
• Created an in-house best practise guide that allowed new personnel the opportunity to learn company ethics and
absorb company way of thinking. This guide and its accompanying training helped protect the agency.
• Created a three- fold recruitment process for our company database/pool. This process ensures we only recruit the
highest quality professionals.
• Successfully planned and managed two annual staff intakes nationwide, interviewing over 500 people.

Directed a 6 month long experiential campaign, including sponsor activation, campaign timeline and schedule. Source
experiential agency, recruit in-house team, head up campaign production and manage two experiential teams throughout
campaign.
Sensible Wine Services : Operations Manager Nov 07 – Nov 08
A total of 8 years with Sensible wine services. Moving from warehouse assistant through warehouse manager to roadshow
manager onto senior events manager before being made Operations manager. I managed live events, up to 80 strong crew,
both on trade and off. My experience with sensible allowed me to have full confidence managing large amount of staff,
running and planning live events of all sizes.

In a short time I built my business from scratch. A big change from events and recruitment. I needed to challenge myself.
Due to family circumstances, I needed to be in a position where I could manage my time. As a small business owner and
newly wed I have learnt many new skills and shown my versatility and capableness.
