Experience & Main Duties
Min 5 years in a similar position
Manage application design, software development maintenance and delivery

Work in distributed UNIX environments and design N-tiered applications with multi-tier architecture

Develop and implement highly complex technical solutions in a .NET/J2EE web environment

Evaluate and implement new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives

Analyze functional needs that drive the analysis and technical design of quality technical solutions

Recommend solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies and complies with corporate

architectural standards

Serve as SME(Subject Matter Expert) in all aspects of systems / applications software technology and /
or application components

Resolve application/technical problems of the highest complexity, provide mentoring and training to
junior staff.


Experience & Main Duties
Implement and evaluate approaches to testing strategies in the test environments.
Write and maintain QA Test Plans

Define, document, verify, and execute test cases.

Verify defects and issues reported when fixed, and document test procedures to verify problem fixes.

Perform QA Testing in the required environments

Detect and report defects through defect tracking tool

Be dedicated to delivering high-quality products to the customers.

Be proactive

Have good written and verbal communication skills in French and English

Be able to work in a team environment and maintain a good team spirit.

Be able to deal with ambiguity, maintain priorities and learn quickly

Have good time management

Have problem solving skills

Have strong analytical skills to understand QA principals, methodologies, and planning



Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in the web development field.

Practical Knowledge in AS3 or any OOP language such as Java.



Analytical and creative skills.

Client-oriented (internal and external).

Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Knowledge of Design/Art = definite advantage.



12. Web Programmer (Cont.)
Main Duties
Develop and build applications in Flash CS3/4/5 and Action Script 2.0 and 3.0.
Understand and gather requirements. Create technical designs and document all system changes.

Perform unit/system and integration testing on own work and the work of other team members

Participate in Design and Code Reviews

Follow and enhance existing development processes

Perform other related duties as assigned.



13. Web Programmer (Cont.)
Working Conditions

Main Duties
Work with designers and the creative director to build websites using HTML and CSS - based on
specifications and designs supplied in Photoshop

Optimize sites for search engines and accessibility (SEO)
Update existing customer websites

Keep up to date with web development and online communication trends, and evaluate new technology

Track results of web sites and other completed projects. Make recommendations for improvement

Provide technical support to customers updating their own sites

Assist with web hosting and email administration, troubleshooting and technical support

Perform other related duties as assigned.



17. HTML CSS Integrator (Cont.)
