Thank Your Fans &
                   Followers

Especially is the business & facebook page for
business is new, make sure you personally
thank them for stopping by.

Tip: Create a blueprint of a short message that
involves a thank you message and non-promo intro
of what you do.

Do Not Post TOO Much
It’s important to interact and engage than
posting and updating all about you and what
you like. Share your thoughts on others’ posts
and schedule your posts and updates to a
moderate count.

Tip: Making 3-4 updates a day at good intervals is
good. Make sure you share good stuff from your
friends’ walls and pages, share your thoughts so
that you stay in their eyesight and good list.

Be Real
Social media is all about people. Formal
messages and tone are less likely to receive
attention as compared to personalized updates.
Even if you’re maintaining a brand or business
page, show your personality so that it works for
your credibility too.

Tip: Reflect a good sense of humour with your
expertise. Do not mind sharing some fun stuff
related to general life or your business.

Introduce Yourself To
                 Connect
Before you want to connect with a
stranger, send a good intro message without an
attempt to sell something. Make sure that you
have a good reason to connect with you else
you may end up spoiling your brand image.

Tip: Share your smart thoughts on the good posts
of people you’re interested in connecting with. They
are more likely to connect with you once they have
a witty impression of you already

hello@sunitabiddu.com | twitter.com@chillingbreeze | http://www.sunitabiddu.com
Be friendly with competitors
That’s a bouncer! Being friendly with
competitors shows that you’re mature and have
a class. Appreciate them in public for a great
job. It does not mean that you’re not best. It
means you’re one of the bests and with a great
attitude.

Tip: Never compare & say bad about your
competitors. Respect the profession and
professionals. If you can connect and befriend with
them, it’d work like a charm to your social capital
