1. What are labour unions or trade unions?
People who represent worker’s interest.
2. What do they do?
They negotiate with employers about
wages, working conditions, working
hours and etc.
3. What can they do when dissatisfied?
If dissatisfied, they can take such
action called ‘industrial action’ and
also take certain actions such as
working-to-rule, or go-slows
(slowdown).
