I currently am the Team Lead for the midnight shift
on the Client Services and Assurance team focusing
on Wells Fargo, Citi Financial and Bank of America.
My primary duties include managing escalated
events with the customer and ensuring quality
control with my team members as well as the duties
of an engineer.

I have managed global customers’ networks
supporting 130+ customers, with sites in over 150
countries. Personal duties included: testing and
troubleshooting circuits ranging from DS0 to DS3,
and network types ATM, Frame-Relay, Point-to-Point
and Ethernet. I have experience with Cisco, Bay
Networks, and Nortel routers, along with Linkway
and Hughes Personal Earth Station satellite systems.
I also managed projects for individual customers to

liaison between Operations and the customers’

During my 20 years of experience, I have become
highly adept at all of the skills involved with
networking -- including analysis, technical support,
infrastructure knowledge, troubleshooting, quality
assurance, etc. -- but also managing (and enhancing)
center procedures and processes, using reliable
metrics to quantify and improve upon customer
satisfaction, building relationships and getting the
most out of interactions. I thrive on taking an existing
core of procedures and using my knowledge to
optimize them for an enhanced work environment
and customer experience.
