• Duties included but not limited to updating lead personalon status ofmy current status of work
in place at my station.
• documented all paperwork of base plates and flange plates that I would work on for heat travlers
for future company audits.
• I corrected and detailed all of my visual welds.
• Performed all job duties with respect and executed all to be done in a timely and safe manner.
• Show current welders tips and tricks to perfom better welds with less time under the welding
hood.
• I performed all the stainless steelwelds in my department using E309L 1/8" electrodes using a

• I prepared test plates and test pipe to be welded on for future job candidates to be hired.
• preperation included cutting test pieces to test size with a Oxy/Fuel Torch creating a 45 degree bevel
and refining the edge with a grinder.
• I would also prepare pipe the similiar preperation. I would leave a 1/8" gap in all test pieces for a
complete root pass penetration.
• Also I assisted and I would inspect all welders to be using the correct WPS provided by the future
employers. I would inspect that all welding process were followed and that all the weld passes were
to D1.1 code per AWS for all the weld process.(MIG,FCAW,SMAW,TIG,SAW)
• Finally after any welder would finish their test piece I would inspect for good visual welds (cap
passes width and hieght). I would take the test piece and cut two pieces from each test piece
7"Lx3/8"W and I would bend each piece for any cracks within the weld and I would document the
results for the employer looking to hire the testing welder.
• I would perform visual and parameter welding audits at random on all welders testing from all weld
positions.(1GF,2GF,3GF,4GF,5G,6G, and 6GR
