Objective
My goals for my chosen career are to excelin my profession as well as complete daily, monthly and
yearly tasks and quotas. I am a natural born leader and I am very good at it. My mission is to help
people succeed in their lives and make my company money. Goals are my motivation and working
hard to achieve those goals is what I live for. I love people and people love me. Sales are my cup of
tea and it is what I am really good at.
Professional Accomplishments
Assistant Manager Burger King
 Daily inventory as wellas fullinventory twice a week. By having the correct calculations of food
cost I can save the company money forthe loss of food and earn a bonus formy food costalways
being well below the company standard,.
 Interview,hire and new hire orientation. This is criticalalong with training. A company needs
good, strong,and welltrained individuals to be a profitable company.
 Understand the mechanics of everything in my store,from the equipment to the people.
 Daily safe audits,as well as correct money handling.
 Problem solving
 Schedule for each week, very important for the fact that certain labor formulas are used to ensure
enough money to be paid to each employee from the company and not over-paying employees to
work.
 Daily emails, along with keeping up with new sales and any other issues needed from the home
office.
 Customer service not only as a part of my daily duties but also solving problems for upset customers.
