Objective:
 To improve Temperature
related downtime monitoring
practices, such as LN2 usage,
De-heat and Defrost
 To ensure proper LN2
monitoring were religiously
executed.

LN2 monitoring will be placed on top of
handler GUI. The only part of User interface
that doesn’t hide during user intervention.
Selection of process are as follows:
Ambient : No monitoring (running at ambient / or hot process)
“Ambient” word was already change to “Normal Production” on the software.
Deheat : This option is for de-heat monitoring purposes, a warning message will be
shown on handler screen during de-heating process and notification of
finish after.
LN2 : LN2 tank will be shown in purpose of LN2 monitoring during cold operation.
(tank can also be hide during runtime.)
Defrost : This option is for defrost monitoring purposes, a warning message will be
shown on handler screen during defrosting process and notification of
finish after.

De-heating
 Warning message shown on screen blinking.
during de-heating and notification after.
 Monitoring is 1 hour and elapsed time runs continuously
afterwards until in-charge person attend to it.

LN2
 During cold operation (only) LN2 tank will be shown on
the right side of the screen showing actual LN2 status.
Time after time LN2 will be empty and a warning message as show will appear
on top of the screen as well as elapsed time after LN2 emptied.
 Monitoring is 6 hours. LN2 tank also can be hide/unhide if
necessary by check/uncheck of LN2 option.
Note : All other options will be disabled
during cold operation. These options
will only be available if LN2 (tank) will
be reset to full (meaning change in
process from cold to ambient/hot.

Defrost
 Warning message shown on screen blinking.
