BreakThrough, Inc. – Founder/President/CEO January 2006 – Present
Founded a specialized youth treatment program for kids ages 7-21 with a variety of mental
and behavioral challenges. Responsible for directing all aspects of the organization and
managing a workforce of 90 employees. Oversees the health and well-being of 40 clients on an
on-going basis. Manages the organization’s annual $4 million budget and works with the
senior leadership team to implement the strategic vision for the organization.
 Provides regular leadership and direction for all aspects of the ongoing daily operation
 Develops long-range and strategic planning activities and effectively leads to
accomplish organizational goals
 Creates and maintains working relationships with a variety of networks to develop
resources, negotiate and administer contracts, and solicit community support.
 Guides the management team and staff to ensure quality treatment, adherence with
regulations, and overall effectiveness of treatment programs
 Ensures monthly and yearly performance goals, both financial and operational, are met
by the various treatment programs
 Continually builds and maintains relationship with staff which has resulted in minimal
