• During the first 12 months at Edward Jones, you will be
paired with an Early Success Coach – an experienced
Financial Advisor who will spend one-on-one time with
you, either over the phone or in person.
• Your coach will provide advice and guidance on building
client relationships, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit,
leading your own office and more.
Cross-Cultural Development Program:
• A two-day intensive program focused on strategies to help
diverse Financial Advisors build confidence and credibility,
based on race, ethnicity and gender.
• Financial Advisors will also share successful strategies and
business-building ideas.
• Participation is recommended 10 to 60 months into building
your practice.
Leadership Diversity Forum:
• Edward Jones senior leadership hosts this event for diverse
employees every other year, where participants share
management strategies and discuss leadership development.
• Nationally renowned speakers provide insights into topics
relating to diversity and inclusion.
