The Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) is leading the innovation on delivering a seamless,
enhanced end user experience through the global deployment of career grade Wi-Fi. Cisco is a
dedicated Alliance member and Primary Sponsor of WBA Wi-Fi Congress in Beijing, China on
November 20-21.
Cisco, in partnership with China Mobile, has been chosen as the network infrastructure provider for
the first ever live deployment of a next generation Wi-Fi network at an international
conference. China Mobile and Cisco will provide attendees with a Next Generation Hotspot
Experience, including secure and seamless authentication with Hotspot 2.0, and location-based
services that will offer attendees event information through Cisco Connected Mobile Experiences.
