4. Use decorative cording or trim to frame the photo
Suggested size: 1/8” or 3/16” decorative cording with fabric
lip. The fabric lip edge allows you to sew the trim to the
photo.

5. Tip for sewing square corners with lip cord:
While your needle is in the down position in the fabric, cut
into the lip fabric along side of the zipper foot.

6. With the needle is still in the down position, pivot fabric to
sew around corner, and down the next side and continue
sewing the cording to the photo fabric.
Stitch all 4 sides to frame the photo with the decorative
cording.

7. Close the decorative cording by overlapping the cording
so the twisted cord lays together as one cord. Make sure
the raw edges of each end will be caught into the seam.
Stitch close to the cording edge the fabric lip, this will join
the two ends together.

8. Press the cording towards the back of the photo
to create a nice clean edge.

9. Place the photo on the center of the pillow fabric.
Measure all 4 edges to insure the photo is aligned
in the center of the pillow.

10. Pin the photo in place. Attach the photo by stitching in
the ditch.
(Stitch between the edge of the photo and the decorative
inside edge of the trim cording.)

11. Viola! Your photo is stitched to the pillow
front!
