Cypress Development Corp. (TSX-V: CYP) is a
lithium and zinc-silver exploration company
developing projects in Nevada, U.S.A.
Cypress is acquiring a 100% interest in the 1280 acre
Clayton Valley Lithium Brine Project located in
Esmeralda County, in the state of Nevada, USA.
Cypress' Clayton Valley Project is located on the south
flank of Angel Island and immediately southeast of the
Albemarle Silver Peak lithium brine mine. The acquired
claims share their western boundary with placer claims
controlled by Pure Energy Minerals.
Cypress' highly prospective "Glory" and "Angel" claims
are located within 0.5 miles (>1000m) south of current
and past producing lithium brine wells belonging to the
Albemarle Silver Peak Mine.
The Company has also acquired a 100% interest in the
1,780 acre Alkali Valley Lithium Brine Project located in
Esmeralda County, Nevada. Cypress' Alkali Valley
Project covers the central and northeast portions of the
bottom of the Alkali Lake Playa and is contiguous with
claims of the Dajin Resources Alkali Lake lithium
project.
Cypress also holds a 100% interest in its 2,300 acre
high grade Gunman Zinc-Silver Project located in
White Pine County, northeast of Eureka, Nevada. Five
RC drill programs totaling approx. 55,000 feet have
been completed by Cypress on the Gunman project
with significant near surface grades up to 35% per ton
zinc and up to 15.0 oz per ton silver over considerable
widths encountered at the main RH Zone.
Planned drilling will include additional mineralized
zones identified during 2014 surface sampling
including the RH South Target located approx. 500 feet
to the south of the main RH Zone which assayed up to
41% zinc, 12 oz per ton silver, and 14% copper.
Cypress Development Corp.'s goal is to increase
shareholder value by developing exploration projects
near world-class deposits that have the potential of
becoming new discoveries.
