6. PROPERTY OVERVIEW
6
Majuba Hill – Silver/Copper Property – Pershing County
• Majuba Hill is a large scale porphyry system within a chalcocite blanket.
• Drilling from 2011 - 2014 intercepted high-grade Silver/Copper supergene oxide
mineralization near surface over long intervals indicating potential for large-scale
open-pit deposit amenable to a heap leach processing.
• Metallurgical testing has confirmed leach recoveries of 84.6% recovery for copper
and 73.4% for silver.
East Manhattan Wash – Gold Property – Nye County
• Multiple soil sampling programs have defined a 1650 x 450 m gold mineralized
zone at surface that appears to be free gold within the volcanic lithic tuff.
• Bulk sampling has returned 4.9 g/t Au and 1.2 g/t Ag from a 793 lb. sample.
• Eight hole (750 m) core drilling program is now underway to determine the overall
depth, grade and areal extent of the gold mineralization
• One mile east of town of Manhattan, eight miles south of Round Mountain Gold
Mine (Kinross/Barrick joint venture)
7. EAST MANHATTAN WASH (“EMW”) - GOLD PROPERTY
• EMW is comprised of 78 claims
(1,560 acres) located 40 miles
north of Tonopah, Nevada and
two miles east of town of
Manhattan
• Accessible by paved road
• Located eight miles south of the
Round Mountain Mine (jointly
owned by Kinross and Barrick),
a conventional open pit
operation that has produced
more than 12 Moz of gold to
date.
• For 2013, Kinross Gold reported
a proven and probable gold
resource at Round Mountain
(net to its 50% interest) of 42.1
million tonnes at 0.68 g/t Au.
7
8. EAST MANHATTAN WASH - GOLD PROPERTY
• Bulk sampling in 2009 recovered
4.9 g/t Au and 1.2 g/t Ag from a
793 lb sample.
• Soil sampling has returned
values to 1.50 g/t Au in soils.
• A significant area of Gold
mineralization has now been
defined over a surface area in
excess of 1650 m by 450 m in
size.
• Mineralization appears to be
free gold in a volcanic lithic
welded tuff which would allow a
concentrate to be made on site
through crushing and gravity
separation, with final processing
at toll mills off site.
8
Wilfley Table - Processing Bulk Sample
9. EAST MANHATTAN WASH - GOLD PROPERTY
• Sampling taken by other
companies that reviewed the
property during 2010 and
2011 found values up to 2.4
g/t in outcrop.
• Coarse free gold has been
found in all samples.
• More than 1 million oz of
gold have been mined at the
historic Manhattan mine,
three miles to the west.

MAJUBA HILL – SILVER /COPPER/ GOLD PROPERTY
18. MAJUBA HILL – Exploration 2012
• High-grade near surface copper and silver oxide mineralization exists well beyond
the immediate area of the past producing Majuba Hill mine.
• High grade Ag/Cu oxide mineralization extends at least 500 m to the SE from
Majuba Hill mine.
• Hole MM-17 (500 m to SE) - 42.7 m of 16.8 g/t Ag, 13.7 m of 15.9 g/t Ag and 6.16
m of 51 g/t Ag
• Hole MM-21 (250 m to SE) - 332 m @ 12 g/t Ag and 0.13% Cu within 12 m of
surface.
• High grade oxide Ag/Cu mineralization extends to a depth of at least 350 m from
surface. Historic drill data (Minefinders 1975) includes 155.4 m 9.23 g/t Ag and
0.22 % Cu starting at down hole depth of 220 m.
18
2012 – Drilling and Soil sampling by MAX extends mineralization at Majuba Hill
19. 19
MAJUBA HILL – Sulphide Mineralization – Hole MM-20
• This first deep hole at Majuba Hill intercepts 293 m of 5.49 g/t Ag, 0.10 g/t Au
and 0.09% Cu in sulfide mineralization in a porphyry-style alteration zone
discovered below the high grade Ag/Cu/Au oxide zone at the Majuba Mine.
• Hole MM-20 contains Chalcopyrite, Pyrite and Molybdenite in a
hydrothermally altered mineralized zone indicative of the primary zone of a
porphyry system.
• Gold mineralization grading 0.145 g/t Au was intercepted over the final 116 m
of Hole MM-20, which was still in mineralization when terminated at the
planned target depth of 323 m due to weather conditions.
• Gold, copper and molybdenum mineralization was all increasing in grade
with depth.
• The mineralized system remains open at depth and in all directions.
20. 20
MAJUBA HILL – Exploration 2014
• MM-21 intercepted 4.6 m @ 58.0 g/t Ag and 7.6 m @ 0.80% Cu within an overall
mineralized intercept of 332 m @ 12 g/t Ag and 0.13% Cu (23.9 g/t silver equivalent
(“AgEq”)) in oxides that began within 12 m of surface.
• Hole MM-21 confirms that a ridge of high-grade oxide mineralization extends a further
500 m to the southeast from the Majuba mine to the Ball Park target, where hole MM-
17 intercepted 42.7 m of 16.8 g/t Ag, 13.7 m of 15.9 g/t Ag and 6.16 m of 51.0 g/t Ag,
and is all one mineralized zone, the Majuba Ridge.
• The drill results from MM-21 and MM-17, combined with historic data from
Minefinders (Hole MF-1: 155.4 m @ 9.23 g/t Ag and 0.221% Cu from 220 m down
hole), expands the known mineralized silver/copper zone for 500 m to the SE of the
Majuba Mine and to a depth of at least 350 m.
• Hole MMX-24 drilled on opposite side of Majuba Ridge from MM-21 and successfully
tests the down-dip extension of the same Cu/Ag mineralization exposed at surface
(samples to 7.72% Cu), intercepting 222.6 m at 0.27% Cu and 10.1 g/t Ag, inclusive of
117.4 m at 0.43% Cu and 12.0 g/t Ag.
• Permitted for a 20 hole development drill program designed to establish an initial NI 43-
101 compliant inferred resource estimate at Majuba Ridge .
2014 – Hole MMX-24 successfully tests the down-dip extension of hole MM-21
