Evidence based management
• Digitale spor som kan gøres til genstand for systematisk indsamling,
bearbejdning og analyse
• Det nye er at det er en afledt effekt af en primær aktivitet.
– Det er derfor bedre kvalitet data end den data der produceres med det ene
formål at producere data som mange spørgeskemaundersøgelser,
fokusgrupper og laboratorietests er beregnet på.
– Her kan observere ”dyret i sine naturlige omgivelser”.
