I am currently employed at Viagogo which is the world’s largest ticket exchange market
place, having started as a customer service agent I moved up within 3 months to be a team
leader of the customer service area. I have since become a team lead of the sales department.
My duties and responsibilities included:
Providing excellent customer service
Overlooking a team of 15 agents
Organising Rosters and lunch rota for the whole contact centre
Man managing a team to get the best results and reach KPI’s
