5. East San Fernando Valley Transit Corridor
Client: Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro)

Project Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute milestone stakeholder meetings by
securing venues, equipment rental, vendor services and team logistics planning; Create
documentation reports to record project specific activities, stakeholder participation, and
project strategy and growth results within outreach period; Prepared email campaigns to
update stakeholder on project updates and meetings Managed various social media
profiles and increased stakeholder participation by 25 in 60 day period.
6. For the scoping period, the client
wanted to allow various options for
stakeholders to submit their comments.
We recognized a large portion of our
audience was engaged though
Facebook. Using ShortStack, I developed
a Facebook app that would allow users
to privately submit comments and
easily transfer to our database. The
process even received media attention.
7. SR 710 North Study
Client: Metro
Company: Consensus Inc.
Project Responsibilities: Prepare weekly media monitoring and social media
analytics reports to record stakeholder engagement, project specific activities, and
project strategy and growth.; Managed various social media profiles and increased
stakeholder participation by 10% in a 30-day period; Prepared email campaigns to.
8. The SR 710 North Study has extended for over 60 years and seen a number of
changes when it comes to the goal of connecting the 710 and 210 freeways
within the region. Residents within the study area are very engaged and seek
simple explanations of the alternatives and refinements that are presented. We
developed several videos explaining each option in detail, launched an
interactive tool , and live-streamed previous meetings to give stakeholders the
ability to learn about the alternatives at their own pace.
9. LAX Specific Plan Amendment Study
Client: Lon Angeles World Airports (LAWA)

Project Responsibilities: Developed content and design for meeting notifications to
be distributed to stakeholders in print and digital formats; Assisted in development of
website skeleton, content, and images and continued maintenance of content; Created
email outreach campaign
10. To keep engaged stakeholders and
residents within the project’s study
area up to date on a series of county
and city approval meetings, I created a
email campaign. Previously, the client
preferred to send out printed
materials, but with such sort notice of
meetings, it was decided that digital
outreach would best for the outreach

11. Pioneered the use of Storify, a social
network service that allows users to
create and curate a “story” through social
media and other digital platforms. This
allowed engaged stakeholders to remain
informed with digitally hosted content.
