Have a checklist for every step of the process for each company so you know you are on track!
Principles for forming checklists
Determine ahead of time the level of preparation you want to achieve for each step of the recruiting process. Make a checklist!
May consider how much time needed to complete each checklist (e.g. will prepare at least a day in advance).
Keep a template of all checklists so you can simply copy and paste the checklist when a company hits a new stage in the recruiting process and you can hit the ground running.
