- 4. Master Company List: Split up by where at in recruiting process (e.g. interviewing) with a list of current to-dos for each company

- Purpose of company information hub: - Have one, easy-to-use searchable place to simply dump tons of data about a company Principles for setting up a company information hub: Easy to search Easy to access/update from phone, computer, tablet, etc. Easy to begin taking notes right away from phone, computer, tablet, etc. Easy to just data dump Able to save and use links
- Purpose for Master Company List - Have one screen that shows exact status of each company currently pursuing so you can prioritize your time and efforts effectively. Principles for company information hub: Easy to search Easy to access/update from phone, computer, tablet, etc. Easy to begin taking notes right away from phone, computer, tablet, etc. Easy to just data dump Able to save and use links
- Purpose Have a checklist for every step of the process for each company so you know you are on track! Principles for forming checklists Determine ahead of time the level of preparation you want to achieve for each step of the recruiting process. Make a checklist! May consider how much time needed to complete each checklist (e.g. will prepare at least a day in advance). Keep a template of all checklists so you can simply copy and paste the checklist when a company hits a new stage in the recruiting process and you can hit the ground running.
