Ally and Citizens Bank
earned gold for providing
seamless, easy-to-follow,
multi-step applications.

5. Account Summary
Information
Three firms share Silver Monitor honors – Capital
One, Citibank and Schwab Bank.
Capital One provides users with a summary table
that lists all accounts’ Current Balance and
Available Balance for all deposit accounts. Schwab
Bank offers an All Balances summary page, listing
Interest, Balance and Pending Transactions
information. Citibank provides a Account Snapshot
feature and integrates Balance information from
linked accounts onto the private site homepage.

Bank of America takes a
Gold Monitor in the first year
of this category, offering 12
months of transaction data
to users within an
impressive table that can be
filtered and sorted in a
variety of ways

7. Transfer Capabilities
Bank of America leads the
pack again here, offering
internal, external, intra-bank
and wire transfers through a
unified Transfers interface.

8. Self-Service Options
Citibank receives the Gold
Monitor Award this year for its
array of Self-Service options
available in a centralized
location. The firm also provides
an excellent Forms &
Documents section within the
dedicated Help page.

9. Alert Services
Bank of America, Chase and
Capital One earned gold by
offering clients superior
account and security alert
capabilities, extensive alert
histories and a variety of
alert delivery options.

10. Private Site Help
Citibank garners the only
Gold thanks to its strong,
centrally available Chat and
Search tools, contextual
section-specific help, and
its main Help Center.
