When it came time to brand the facility and assign room identifications,
identifications,
internal and external way-finding signage, install freestanding and wall-mount

logos and even put up a 40 foot holiday greeting across their connecting

skywalk, Bayboro’s construction team turned to the professionals at Creative
Bayboro’
Sign Designs.
In meeting the core requirements of building identification, Creative Sign Designs utilized beautiful
textures and unique materials that stand out from ordinary interior signage so that the signage would
complement the overall appearance of the facility. Interior signage featuring natural, light-colored
Scandinavian wood, stainless steel and sharp fonts are easily visible, yet unobtrusive. The exterior sign,
announcing the center, showcases 40 inch tall, backlit, dimensional letters that clearly identify the
“Bayfront Heart Center.” This sign is a work of art, casting a pleasing light onto the wall behind each letter
at night. Of course budget and schedule are paramount to the success of any construction project and
nobody understands this better than the sales , graphic design and project management professionals at
Creative Sign Designs. We’re proud to say that through our cooperative efforts and attention to fine
detail, all signs were installed to specification and were ADA compliant. We were also very pleased that
the project met its scheduled opening on time and within budget.

16. The University of South Florida (“USF”) is one of the nation's top public research
universities and was awarded more than $300 million in research contracts and grants
in 2006. Because Creative Sign Designs provides appealing, cost-effective signage, our
mark can be found all over campus. The decorative street signs and many of the
directional traffic signs are collaborative designs between our on-staff graphic design team,
the Florida Department of Transportation, and USF Construction project managers.
Creative Sign Designs also has completed a campus wide project to clearly identify each
building through a uniform address numbering system facilitating more effective location
recognition for students, facility, visitors and emergency personnel.
Recently, USF established the Joint Military Science Leadership Center, a first-of-its-kind facility which
seeks to improve reserve officer training programs for the Army, Navy, and Air Force. USF, by
developing this facility and its training programs, will play a significant role in the education and
development of future Armed Forces. Creative Sign Designs was asked to design and fabricate ADA-
compliant way-finding and emergency escape route planning, interior room identification and several
upscale dedication plaques and logos throughout the facility. Unique to this project was the official
“unveiling”’ of the C. W. Bill Young Hall in early November of 2007, honoring the US congressman
who led the push for the construction funding process. Many local celebrities and news media personnel
were on hand for the dedication ceremony, where the countdown to zero revealed our handsome
dimensional letters at the top of the rotunda entrance to USF’s newest facility. It was a very proud
moment for all of us at Creative Sign Designs.

17. Wade Raulerson Honda, located on the corner of Main Street and 39th
Avenue in Gainesville Florida is a 17 acre property with over 14,000 square
feet of Sales and Service areas. The expert staff of 27 service advisors and
support associates provide vehicle service and automotive parts to over 400
satisfied customers per week. The goal of the area owner and management
team was to make Wade Raulerson the one stop shopping and service
experience for new and current Honda owners in the greater Gainesville
metro. The management team seized the opportunity to communicate with
their customers through new signage.
Management requested the expertise of Creative Sign Designs to come up
with a signage campaign to send their message to customers. It was important
to deliver a product that could be updated easily for future promotions and
pricing revisions. A program of modular curved sign frames with removable
inserts was created to fulfill this need. In the future, dealership personnel will
simply insert the updated information in each panel. Executive Manager
Dan Schmidt remarks that the new program has improved the point of sale
communication and ‘really dressed up the covered service bay’. Service
Manager Tom Younkers believes that the Associate Wall makes customers
feel more comfortable, like ‘they are right at home’.
