For a narrow user base and sites that run internal applications or business and productivity applications, Cloudflare recommends TLS 1.2. These sites might already have more stringent security requirements or might be subject to PCI compliance. However, you also need to ensure that your users upgrade to a TLS 1.2 compliant browser.
It is not recommended to set the minimum TLS to 1.3, unless there is a specific use case, as this will likely cause issues with search engine crawlers and certain browsers.
performance improvements with lower first byte latency. In our own internal tests in the US region as an example, first byte latency for new negotiated connections saw reductions of up to 33% for TLSv1.3 compared to previous versions of TLS.

The other thing that I mentioned is upgrading to HTTP three. Um, so here we can see a chart and this is, this is running through, um, through, uh, London and it's living the same type of content, um, uh, from the same location and using the same, the same website, but they're using these different protocols.

Um, so you want to make sure that you, um, that it's something that is compatible with, uh, with your region, um, with an, with your system before you make any big changes, but if you want to make this change, um, this is the console from CloudFlare.

As the HTTP to HTTPS rewriting happens internally on the client, there are several key benefits to this over just using a site wide HTTP -> HTTPS redirect.
Reduced communication over non-secure protocols.
Improved performance, as a round trip is avoided each time an HTTP link is encountered.
Reduced load on the web server
