1) The Max Loan Amount $20,000
2) 0% Deferred Interest – No monthly Repayment
3) Loan is required to be paid back with the sale
of the property or it no longer is a primary
residence.

1) Must be a 1st Time Home Buyer OR you have
not owned a home within the last 3 yrs prior.
