5) Getting hold of me
Via "Messages" in Blackboard so I can centralize all the students'messages or leaving a phone message on my voice box and during office

14) Semester Final Project
Each student has the option to either write a small book in French on the topic they want but using the grammar and vocabulary they learned
during the semester or make a Website in French or make a short movie in French.
15) Get your wheels turning: Oral Presentation
3. Each student has to talk in class between 5 and 10 minutes in French on specific topic. Power point or Prezi can be used also.
16) Group Work
Assignments about making comparisons between French culture and cultures from other countries: the US, etc.
17) Group Voice Boards
The students have to come up with their own dialogue and record their voices while reading what they wrote in French covering the grammar
+ vocabulary every two chapters from Espaces. Done in Blackboard.
18) Internet assignment
Each group has to make some research on the internet to make comparisons between specific topics in French culture versus other world
cultures. Turned in via Turnitin in Blackboard.
19) Skits
Final project: make up a dialogue in French on "stage" in the classroom for an oral grade.
20) Grades in Blackboard
I create a written report from Blackboard for each assignment after grading so the students know what to work on (grammar, vocabulary
mistakes, sentences constructions). They also see the average grade for each assignment for the class to make comparisons with their own
assignments.
