Inside sales and design support of Los Angeles showroom. Conceptual sketches,
production drawing, material, and finish application, specification approval. I was the
liaison between the factory operations manager, clients, and Principal Designer regarding
all custom designs. My position included space-planning consultation, custom furniture
design and manufacturing, custom finishing and quality control practices. I maintained
showroom appearance and project management. My sales increased profits by 23% in my
first year.

November 1992 to June 1998
My position included showroom management and operations duties for a staff of 6
people. Responsibilities included sales and custom design support for this multi-line and
upholstery showroom in the Pacific Design Center. The responsibilities also entailed the
showroom’s appearance and product display, new product fabric and accessories
acquisition, outside and inside sales development and support. All of the professional
and hospitality sales, advertising and special events were managed and orchestrated by
me.
