 Absence of timetables/route maps at bus stops near
our school forcing us to wait for hours for the next one
to arrive…

3. IMAGINE….
We knew exactly when the next bus is going to arrive…..

4. DO…
 We conducted a survey to find out which are the bus
stops that students in the vicinity frequent.

11. After talking about the feasibility of various solutions,
we decided to put up posters with the contact number
for complaints and official link to the PMT website at
the schools we visited….

changes its form while we go
about solving the problem.

were not sure if the principals
would let us in for the survey,
but all of them welcomed us
with open arms.
