As one of the largest business centers of Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk region builds open and reliable
partnerships with investors. Investment capital is primarily a source for the creation of appropriate job
positions, renovation and modernization of existing production, launching promising new projects for

country in whole and improve the social component of life in Ukraine.
Despite the current challenges, Dnipropetrovsk region remains attractive for investors - all regional
investors continue to work in Dnipropetrovsk region. Unique mineral resources of our land, fertile soils,
favorable geographical location, developed infrastructure, powerful metallurgical complex and chemical
industries, precision engineering, rocket and space technology are of exceptional interest in all parts of the
world. But first of all, Dnipropetrovsk region is a hard-working, talented, intellectually developed people
whose hands create the future.
Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA) has been created and successfully operated for over 5
years ago to implement the comprehensive support of investment projects at the regional level. DIA has
proved itself to foreign and domestic companies, business associations, local communities in the best
possible way.
Today DIA continues to effectively carry out the task of maintaining investment activity in the region and provide assistance at all stages of
the investment project - from site selection and licensing procedures to the construction of a new facility and start operation. Thanks to
DIA, potential investors have access to unbiased information about existing possibilities and priorities of the region.

Today Dnipropetrovsk region is one of the largest economic centers in Ukraine and strives for the
open and mutually beneficial relationship with investors, because it is expressly understood that
investments are the creation of additional employment and improvement of social environment for
Ukrainians.
Dnipropetrovsk region has all parameters, which make region attractive to foreign investors. The
region has advantageous geographical location, powerful industrial, scientific, intellectual
development level, high concentration of engineering infrastructure.
For our part, the regional government guarantees for investors the availability of government,
transparent conduct of business rules, equal access to the land, transport and energy resources.
At the regional level we provide the comprehensive and system support of investment projects.
For this purpose in 2011, we created the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency
(DIA), the effectiveness of which was recognized by investors’ companies and representatives of
business association.
DIA’s function is to present various opportunities of the region to our potential investors as well as
possible. Moreover, DIA administrates and provides support at all stages of investment project
implementation – from the stage of site selection and passing of licensing procedures to the
construction of new object and start of work.

excavator, bulldozer, loader. UMZ tractors can be operated in areas with temperate and tropical
climates.

through reconstruction of the existing refrigerator chambers.
 Project location: Industrial building is located on the entrance route to the city of Nikopol on the banks

  • 2. 2 Dear colleagues and partners! As one of the largest business centers of Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk region builds open and reliable partnerships with investors. Investment capital is primarily a source for the creation of appropriate job positions, renovation and modernization of existing production, launching promising new projects for business development. External investments are the indicators of the condition of economic development of the region and our country in whole and improve the social component of life in Ukraine. Despite the current challenges, Dnipropetrovsk region remains attractive for investors - all regional investors continue to work in Dnipropetrovsk region. Unique mineral resources of our land, fertile soils, favorable geographical location, developed infrastructure, powerful metallurgical complex and chemical industries, precision engineering, rocket and space technology are of exceptional interest in all parts of the world. But first of all, Dnipropetrovsk region is a hard-working, talented, intellectually developed people whose hands create the future. Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA) has been created and successfully operated for over 5 years ago to implement the comprehensive support of investment projects at the regional level. DIA has proved itself to foreign and domestic companies, business associations, local communities in the best possible way. Today DIA continues to effectively carry out the task of maintaining investment activity in the region and provide assistance at all stages of the investment project - from site selection and licensing procedures to the construction of a new facility and start operation. Thanks to DIA, potential investors have access to unbiased information about existing possibilities and priorities of the region. Foundation of relationship with investor is laid at the national level, and flexible limits of the delegated powers of regional authorities can create conditions for a favorable investment climate in the region. We are open to constructive dialogue and mutually beneficial long-term partnership. Today Dnipropetrovsk region is one of the largest economic centers in Ukraine and strives for the open and mutually beneficial relationship with investors, because it is expressly understood that investments are the creation of additional employment and improvement of social environment for Ukrainians. Dnipropetrovsk region has all parameters, which make region attractive to foreign investors. The region has advantageous geographical location, powerful industrial, scientific, intellectual development level, high concentration of engineering infrastructure. For our part, the regional government guarantees for investors the availability of government, transparent conduct of business rules, equal access to the land, transport and energy resources. At the regional level we provide the comprehensive and system support of investment projects. For this purpose in 2011, we created the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA), the effectiveness of which was recognized by investors’ companies and representatives of business association. DIA’s function is to present various opportunities of the region to our potential investors as well as possible. Moreover, DIA administrates and provides support at all stages of investment project implementation – from the stage of site selection and passing of licensing procedures to the construction of new object and start of work. 3 DIA allows establishing effective international dialogue and making the process of cooperation most comfortable for potential partners.
