3. SESTO, taxon, culton, accson SESTO - The NGB documentation system. Taxon : Biological name of the stored seed samples, taxonomy. Culton : Name of cultivars, landraces, breeding material and similar germplasm groups below the taxonomic level. Accession : The stored samples are refered as accessions.

4. SESTO features Some features of the documentation system. Search : The search button gives a quick jump into the information. Letter bar : Click a letter in the letter bar to view a list of items starting with the selected letter. List order : The field names of the lists are clickable and allow you to change the sorting order of the list.

5. SESTO accession detail Seedstore The seedstore data is displayed and managed from the sesto web application.

7. Pictures Some entries in sesto have picture illustrations. Pictures are linked to taxons, cultons and accessions from the NGB picture archive.

10. Login The NGB staff and other trusted users may log in with a personal username and password. Each user is given individual rights to view or edit data.
