Dain Sanye Inducted into Worldwide Who’s Who
for Excellence in Information Technology Consulting and Management
Mr. Sanye is a recognized leader in providing strategic IT management consulting services
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, April 16, 2013, Dain Sanye, Senior Consultant at Infinite Technology
Solutions, has been recognized by Worldwide Who’s Who for showing dedication and excellence in
information technology consulting and management.
Mr. Sanye, who has more than a decade of experience in the IT sector, joined Infinite Technology
Solutions in November 2012. His areas of specialty include risk management, business analysis, project
planning, software troubleshooting, change management, and database and website design. He uses his
expertise to further Infinite Technology Solutions’ mission of delivering value-added ITSM, CRM,
service desk, voice-based systems management, and IT asset and communication management services.
On a day-to-day basis, Mr. Sanye manages projects that focus on providing strategic and comprehensive
business process improvement and risk management services. In addition to developing strategies to
evaluate key processes, he achieves effective systems outcomes by aligning staff with defined strategic
goals utilizing current IT resources. Mr. Sanye also works to maintain an engaging relationship with
clients ranging from YUM! Restaurants International, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, Cobham
Aircraft Charters, Rocla Quarries, to Sportsbet.com.au.
Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Sanye was a Senior IT Consultant with the service desk
management and disaster recovery IT services firm NST Worldwide IT Solutions. From 2011 to 2012, he
was a Senior Consultant in process improvement for the Department for Education and Child
Development. In that capacity, he developed, implemented and analyzed projects in areas including data
management, quality and professional development and contributed to efforts to further the effectiveness
of statewide training programs. From 2006 to 2011 Mr. Sanye held senior project management and
service desk roles with the Department of Education and Children’s Services and the Department of
Health. He also served the Department for Families and Communities’ Office for the Ageing, where he
was key to formulating policies for the Department’s Ageing Plan for South Australia.
The keys to his professional success, says Mr. Sanye, have been his work ethic and his perseverance, and
in the future he hopes to grow in his profession and continue to provide key technological and
management support to IT firms, corporate and government organisations.
Mr. Sanye is certified in ITILv3 in IT Service Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PRINCE2
Practitioner, and holds a Bachelor of Science with majors in anatomy, biology, biochemistry and
molecular biology from Griffith University.
