ItemsinRedhave NOT been includedinthe Contractvalue as theyshouldhave been installed
already.
If we findthatthisis notthe case, the ratesshownwill be usedandthe cost will change accordingly.
Due to the nature of thisinstallation(previousElectricianhascompletedaportionof the required
work) shouldwe findanydefectsorpointsnotinstalledwe will thenhave toissue aseparate
quotationforthisextrawork.
Onlyitems/Quantitiesspecifiedare included.
A final measurementwill be done oncompletion.
We will require adepositof 50% before we cancommence.Furtherprogressinvoiceswill be issued
before completionandwill have tobe paidtimeously toavoidanyfurtherdelays.
