(Danville, KY) – Due to the Vice Presidential Debate at Centre College the following
roads/streets will be closed:
Tuesday, October 9, 2012, 10:00 p.m. EDT
College Street, from Main Street to Grant Street,
West Walnut Street, from Fifth Street to Maple Street,
Wednesday, October 10, 2012, 9:00 p.m. EDT
Maple Street, from Main Street to Walnut Street,
College Street, from Grant Street to Russell Street,
Beatty Avenue, entire length,
Colonel Drive, entire length,
Russell Street, from Beatty Avenue to College Street
Grant Street, from College Street to Fourth Street,
Martin Luther King, from Fourth Street to Centre Campus,
Fifth Street, from Main Street to Walnut Street,
West Walnut Street, from Fourth Street to the railroad tracks,
2. Thursday, October 11, 2012, 6:00 p.m. EDT
Main Street, from the US 127 By-Pass to Fourth Street,

Streets will be blocked from the beginning date and time until at least 2:00 a.m. EDT on
Friday, October 12, 2012. The Kentucky State Police encourages residents to find
alternate routes during the road closures. The road closures will be a combined effort
between the Kentucky State Police, Danville Police Department, and Boyle County
Sheriffs Department.
