matteredtothem.Theyinstinctivelytrustedhimtokeeptheirconfidence (unlessdangeroustothem),
understandwhattheyneededandtohelpthemproblemsolve.
Beinga summercamp counselorcanbe exhausting.Scheduleschange,equipmentsometimes
malfunctionsorquits,weatherdisruptsthe bestlaidplans. Dantookit all in stride,if notall of the time,
thenmostof the time.The teamwas muchstrongerwithhim.
