• A happy heart makes others see her as a
  beautiful person, not because of her physical
  appearance , but for the joy she reflects.

• On the other hand, a sad heart makes the
  person reflect a sad and bitter spirit.

• In order to reflect a heart’s beauty and joy, you
  need to be connected to the source of God’s
  love.

movements influence on
     business?
The know-how of being in and at

• An insecure person fails in their relationships with others.

• Confidence is shown in conversations, through language
  proficiency, gestures, looks, the way you greet, sit and
  walk.

• Pretend to be what you’re not, hide what
you are and believe what you don’t believe
projects a personality not so advisable if you
want to succeed in business.
• Friendliness creates friendliness.

• A mistake of an unpleasant person is not as easily
  forgiven as the one of a friendly person.

• Don’t be impertinent, if there’s something
that hurts or shows how not to be is
impertinence.




       Know to be in and at business
Punctuality

• Habit of fulfilling one’s
 obligations at it due date
 and time.

• It’s your presentation card.

• Time is money, everyone else’s is too,
  don’t make them waste theirs by waiting
  uselessly.

 Your business image through the Internet
• Good manners in business through internet.
• Don’t address people by their names if you don’t
  know them.
• Edit well the messages before you send them
  and check the addressee.
• Don’t use capital letters ,
  it’s equivalent to “yelling”.

•   Confident attitude but not threatening.
•   Deceiving attitude.
•   Confident attitude.
•   Lack of confidence.
•   Anger.
•   Superiority.
•   Insecurity.

•   Reminiscence.
• Win battles, not bullets.
• Deceiving, mocking and commercial smiles
  exist.
• A “closed” smile is not sincere, it’s a deceiving
  smile.
• It should always go with presentations and
  greeting.
• In a work meeting…

• Looking down at …
• When the pupil dilate…
• Contracted pupils…
• Eye contact….
• Look at people out of the
corner of your eye…
• Look at people from head
to toes…
• If you wear sunglasses…
• Our body sends out messages through its
  movement.
• Way to walk…
• Crossing your legs in a formal work meeting …
• When you get up, don’t drag the chair. Put it
  as silently as you can…
