This was a project three team members and I did during our senior year in high school. We redesigned the business package for the St. Charles Council on Aging. After making the designs, we made a presentation with our redesign pitch and presented it to the Council on Aging on Dec. 4th, 2012.

Introduce selves, explain purpose of presentation.
A logo is a symbol or a small design that is used to represent and organization to identify its products.
The logo used right now isn’t exactly a real… Logo. Here is why.
“Usage of Simple Shapes,” identifiable shapes are found.
Usually 1-4.
As you can see, this logo is very simple and clean. It is not pixelated, and it can be shown anywhere.
Taco Bell was able to include text and multiple colors, and it is still an attractive, yet simple design.
“The Previous Design”
Old logo
Not resizable
This is on the brochure.
This is on the business card. The folder uses something different entirely, None of the designs are consistent throughout and just look sort of bad.
“How We Fixed the Problem”
Our logo. It shows the two elements: Distinguishable shapes, limited color palette.
