3. ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL (TRANSFORMATION LEAD)

for the school’s transformation that has been mandated by the Board of Management as part of the
2013/2018 school improvement planning process.
Designed and conducted a clinical audit of the school to:
Evaluate the existing conditions of Irwin High School.

Appointed to provide expertise and coordinate the inspection, development, implementation,
monitoring, and evaluation of improvement strategies for schools:
Strategic audit and responsibilities for over twenty (20) schools, primary to secondary as mandated
by the Ministry of Education through its National Education Inspectorate arm to extensively
investigate, consult with and recommend best practices for schools on the creation and
implementation of their School Improvement strategies and plans.
Worked extensively with schools on the creation and implementation of their School Improvement
Plan.
Gave guidance to schools on the modification and implementation of the national curriculum, and
monitored teaching methods to ensure training received was utilized in classroom practices.
Collaborated with MOE units and delivered detailed inspection reports to the MOE / NEI for
publication.
